Is shipping really free?
Yes. All orders ship free to the United States and Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Around Halloween delivery can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not at the moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email us at support@skullglow.store with your order number.
Why did I get separate packages?
Some items, especially kits and bundles, may ship in separate packages. You'll get tracking for each one.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

How do I choose a costume size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Questions? Just email us.
