Refund policy

We want you to love your SkullGlow order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at nolane.laurain67@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return details within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Worn costumes or items with removed tags, and any item marked as final sale, cannot be returned unless defective.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
